76 Excel files in two families. The financial set covers income and expenses, profit, cash flow, ledgers and dashboards, and many of them carry live formulas that recalculate as you type. The foreign-trade set is a run of quotation sheets — mostly bilingual Chinese and English, and laid out to print cleanly on A4.

Every file is .xlsx, so it opens in Excel, WPS, LibreOffice or Google Sheets. Download one, fill it in, then turn it into a PDF on this site.
